Give nature time.
Felix Bussler has travelled far and wide and is a passionate master brewer in Obertrum am See
After training as a brewer and maltster, Obertrum master brewer Felix Bussler completed a degree in brewing technology and travelled to Africa, the Caribbean and Indonesia on business. Many years ago, he applied for the position of master brewer in Obertrum.
The opportunity to combine tradition and modernity in his new workplace and to enjoy the unique view of the idyllic Obertrumer See from his office made him relocate his centre of life to Seenland in Salzburg without hesitation.
We carefully utilise what nature has to offer. As far as quality is concerned, Felix is uncompromising and thus corresponds exactly to the philosophy of the toughest seal of approval for beer, which has been practised in an exemplary manner at the Trumer brewery for many years. Felix can still rely on his sense of smell and taste when it comes to quality control.
Slow and gentle brewing method "Slow Brewing"
His employer is one of the first representatives of "slow brewing" in Austria, i.e. a slow and gentle brewing method that also requires the use of the purest, natural raw materials in order to achieve the highest product quality. A circumstance that suits Felix and his skills and knowledge very well, as the selection of raw materials is one of the most important tasks of the master brewer. He carefully uses exactly what nature has to offer.
The annual "Slow Brewing" certification requires the highest beer quality as well as corporate responsibility and ethical values.
Trumer Bierwelt fulfils precisely these requirements, allowing Felix to give himself and the beer exactly the time it needs to make everything as good as possible.
