At the Gröberhof in Straßwalchen, sustainable farming is practised on 13 hectares of land. Since 2019, the farm has officially been an archehof. Mangalitsa pigs, Alpine stone sheep, Blobe goats and Cröllwitzer turkeys are kept as endangered breeds. Besides farming, Monika Gröber is also a trained and certified herbalist. Passing on information about herbs is very important to her.

Accordingly, the range of products in direct marketing is also diverse. It starts with fresh meat and eggs, continues with smoked meat and bacon, and ends with herbs, vegetables and fruit products, flavoured vinegar and oil, spice mixtures and rural handicrafts.

All these products can be purchased in the farm's own "Vorratskammerl": Opening hours 7:00 - 20:00
