The start of the Wallersee Herbs Tour is the Beach car park in Seekirchen (alternatively: the parking spaces below the Seeburg are free of charge).
Over the Fischach bridge along extensive meadows and with a view of the Wallersee, the route continues via Fischtagging to Henndorf, where the "Pavilion of Scents" surprises in front of the municipal office. Via quiet side roads through Ölling and St. Brigida with its small daughter church, the trail leads to Haslach to Neumarkt. At the Trapp nursery in the Wertheim district you will find the Potted Herb Garden with original ideas and suggestions for at home.
Via Pfongau, Steindorf and Stadlberg, the route continues to Irrsdorf and Straßwalchen, where you can take a short break in one of the cosy cafés. Afterwards you cycle along fields and with a view of the Alps, to Köstendorf to the Seelenbräugarten at the Dechanthof, which was already described by the writer Carl Zuckmayer. Finally, the route leads to Schleedorf, where, in addition to the Tiefenstein gorge, the "Life Garden", a lovingly designed meeting zone with wooden loungers invites you to relax.
The last stop on a hill is the Seeburg with its lovingly laid out Castle garden. Only a few metres further to the starting point
We will be happy to send you our cycling map by post.
