Welcome to the LightsLights on Wallerseewhere thousands of lights illuminate the Seekirchen lido and are reflected alongside the stars in the gentle waves of the Wallersee!  
  • Advent market at the Seekirchen lido from 30 November - 21 December 2024
  • Programme on the 4 Advent weekends from 1pm to 7pm | Closing with gastronomy until 8pm
  • Decorative Advent landscape can also be visited during the week (without programme)

This year, the little forest fairy "Moosmarie" and her goblin companion "Söckli" guide us through the magical Advent landscape of "Glückspilzhausen" - this place fills visitors - young and old - with Christmas anticipation, accompanied by contemplative sounds, fragrant delicacies, wintry cutter rides and a varied programme for young and old!
Come along and be enchanted by the magic of Christmas.
 
 
1st Advent weekend "Kunst.Hand.Werk"
Saturday, 30 November & Sunday, 01 December 
Creative exhibitors enchant visitors with their homemade products, handmade decorations and small gift ideas.
Official opening on Sunday, 01.12. at 3 pm by Mayor Konrad Pieringer & musical accompaniment by the hunting horn players
 
 
2nd Advent weekend "Creative.craft.time"
Saturday, 07 December & Sunday, 08 December
A variety of craft stations await you, where the children can let off steam creatively.
 
 
3rd Advent weekend "Kunst.Hand.Werk"
Saturday, 14 December & Sunday, 15 December

4th Advent weekend 

  • "Winter.sun.turn" on Friday, 20 December (from 6 pm)
    Winter solstice celebration and Rauhnachtstreiben with mystical fire show (alternative date on Sunday, 22 December)
  • "Creative.craft.time" on Saturday, 21 December
    A variety of craft stations await you, where the children can let off steam creatively.
  • Winter bathing at the solstice: on Saturday, 21 December
    Winter swimming in the Wallersee for registered participants. Start from 17:00. More info & registration!
  • 22.12.2024: Advent finale with gastronomy only (without programme!)

On all Advent weekends (SA-SO, 30.11.-21.12.):

  • The Horse-drawn carriage does its laps around the lake free of charge between 3 and 5 pm, weather permitting.
  • With blankets on board, the winter marine cutter "Staad over the lake"Half-hourly departures from the lido (14:00-17:30) only in good weather
  • The Free slow train shuttle takes you from the Family Advent in the centre to the LichterLeuchten at the lido and back again. First departure at 13:15 from the Faberhaus car park.
