"Stay on the ground" that is my motto, under which I also live my connection to nature and my homeland.

Only when you are properly rooted can you also grow beyond yourself.

This can best be observed in and around nature.

Baking bread, beekeeping and gardening are hobbies that my husband Wolfgang and I have been living for many years.
In the baking and self-catering courses, I try to turn back time a little. Wood-fired bread and tents from our region are just a few of the things that are taught. The appreciation and mindfulness of unadulterated food from the region, nature and our farmers are particularly important to me.
