The competitions are organised in cooperation with the accommodation in Seekirchen. Every three weeks there is a chance to win a stay for 2 people in one of the many different accommodations in Seekirchen. In three selected competitions, the journey to and from the accommodation for two people within Austria is included with ÖBB.
Conditions of participation and legal information:
All natural persons over the age of 18 in Austria, Germany and Switzerland are eligible to participate. The competition starts when the competition is posted and ends exactly one week later at 23:59. The draw will be made at random from all comments under the respective post (Facebook and Instagram). As the winner:in, you will be notified by us via the tourismus_seekirchen account the next day by private message. If you are contacted as a winner:in, we will need your data (name, date of birth, email and address), which will only be used for the competition and stored by us until the competition is completed. The competition is not connected with Instagram or Facebook. No cash redemption possible. The legal process is excluded. Austrian law applies.
The prize can be redeemed in the respective accommodation in Seekirchen within one year after notification, depending on availability. The winner will inform us of the desired date for the trip and will receive the necessary booking confirmation for the accommodation and ÖBB tickets for the specified date.
